600篇利用PAM發(fā)表的"水生生物學與海洋生物學"文獻

調制葉綠素熒光(PAM)技術做為測量微藻、大藻、水生植物光合作用的最簡便有效的方法,在國際水生生物學與海洋生物學界得到了非常廣泛的應用。主要應用領域包括藻類生理學、藻類生態(tài)學、海洋學、湖沼學、水域生態(tài)學、藻華研究、浮游植物生態(tài)學、大洋生態(tài)學、潮間帶生態(tài)學、珊瑚研究、濕地生態(tài)學、底棲藻類研究、消落帶生態(tài)研究、藻類毒理學、環(huán)境科學、污染生態(tài)學、突變株篩選、微藻生物技術、全球變化研究等等,發(fā)表了大量高水平文獻。

這些技術不僅包括專為水生生物學與海洋生物學研究所設計的浮游植物分類熒光儀PHYTO-PAM、水樣熒光儀WATER-PAM、水下熒光儀DIVING-PAM等,就是為高等植物設計的熒光儀如PAM-2100、MINI-PAM、IMAGING-PAM、DUAL-PAM-100、PAM-100等也常被用于水生生物學與海洋生物學研究。

為了協(xié)助國內水生生物學界與海洋生物學界的科研工作者更好的利用PAM技術,澤泉生態(tài)開放實驗室整理了一份600多篇的文獻目錄(
