表型組學(xué)是在基因組水平上系統(tǒng)研究生物或細(xì)胞在不同環(huán)境條件下所有表型的學(xué)科。近年來(lái)，隨著高通量植物表型測(cè)量技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，植物表型組學(xué)研究獲得快速發(fā)展。結(jié)合基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)和大數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算，植物表型組學(xué)將極大地促進(jìn)功能基因組學(xué)和作物分子育種與高效栽培的進(jìn)程。為了促進(jìn)廣大科研工作者和育種家加深對(duì)植物表型組學(xué)和表型技術(shù)的深入了解，中國(guó)遺傳學(xué)會(huì)表型組學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所定于2017年12月1-4日在北京召開(kāi)全國(guó)植物表型組學(xué)研討會(huì)。會(huì)議將邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外表型組學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域具有重要學(xué)術(shù)影響的專家學(xué)者進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。
此次會(huì)議的主題為：植物表型組學(xué)研究促進(jìn)作物分子育種。會(huì)議將交流植物高通量表型測(cè)量技術(shù)、基因組學(xué)與表型組學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)研究、植物表型組學(xué)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展。希望通過(guò)此次會(huì)議促進(jìn)植物表型組學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究，整合有效資源，同時(shí)促進(jìn)相關(guān)研究設(shè)施和平臺(tái)的建設(shè)。
作為大會(huì)協(xié)辦單位，乾菲諾攜手德國(guó)LemnaTec公司鼎力支持本次研討會(huì)，并安排有植物表型、生理生態(tài)、農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)講座及相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)展示。誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)您參加本次會(huì)議。
