許多人第一次的騎馬經(jīng)驗，大概都是在旅游景點內(nèi)，騎上由專人所牽引的小型馬。那種在馬背上搖晃著向前，既興奮又緊張的感覺是不是讓你依舊懷念。10月22日，天行一中高一學(xué)生進(jìn)行了一次馬術(shù)騎乘拓展，與傳統(tǒng)的拓展不一樣的是，作為“別人家的國際學(xué)校”，天行一中將此次拓展的場地挪到了位于象山森林公園內(nèi)的駿荷星馬會馬術(shù)俱樂部，讓學(xué)生與馬來一次親密接觸，當(dāng)一天“愛馬士”。

秋日早晨，太陽初升，陽光充滿柔和、溫暖，空氣中氤氳著潮濕的晨露，略有些清甜，沐浴著晨光，開啟了駕馭與征服的美好旅程。此次的馬術(shù)騎乘體驗日，以馬術(shù)理論知識講解、馬廄護(hù)理實操體驗、鞍上騎乘體驗三個環(huán)節(jié)貫穿整個活動流程。

此次馬術(shù)騎乘體驗在馬術(shù)障礙表演中拉開序幕，教練騎著來自德國的一匹溫血馬，為大家?guī)眢@險刺激的馬術(shù)障礙表演，一個完美的懸空跳躍，輕松帥氣地跨過了140公分高的障礙，高難度動作讓在場的學(xué)生們驚嘆不已、鼓掌叫好。
The equestrian riding experience kicked off in the equestrian obstacle show. The coach rode a warm blooded horse from Germany, which brought us a thrilling and exciting equestrian obstacle show. 理論課上，馬術(shù)老師以生動有趣的語言對馬術(shù)知識進(jìn)行專業(yè)講解，包含了馬匹的種類、生活習(xí)性、馬術(shù)的優(yōu)點、馬術(shù)賽事及學(xué)習(xí)馬術(shù)的好處等。每一位學(xué)生都精神十足、興趣滿滿。

在馬術(shù)教練的帶領(lǐng)下我們來到馬廄，在教練的講解下參觀馬廄里的各色良駒。從純血馬、溫血馬到Pony小馬，各種品種馬駒讓孩子們倍感興趣。教練不僅講解示范了護(hù)理馬匹，也讓每一位學(xué)生零距離體驗了一下刷馬。與馬匹的零距離互動接觸、培養(yǎng)感情，點燃了學(xué)生對馬術(shù)的熱情，都迫不及待想與馬親密接觸。

終于到了最令學(xué)生興奮的鞍上騎乘體驗，在工作人員的幫助下，我們?nèi)蔽溲b，穿戴上防護(hù)背心、頭盔、手套、恰卜斯。教練們用最專業(yè)的教學(xué)，教授孩子們正確的上馬方式、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的騎姿，起坐規(guī)律、節(jié)奏，控制馬的前進(jìn)方向，讓學(xué)生感受了馬的慢步和快步，適應(yīng)馬的節(jié)奏。孩子們在騎乘時聽從教練的指示，隨著馬的律動去感受，小騎士的姿態(tài)漸漸展露。

The coaches use the most professional teaching to teach the children the correct way to mount the horse, the standard riding posture, the law of starting and sitting, the rhythm, and control the direction of the horse, so that the students can feel the slow and fast steps of the horse, and adapt to the rhythm of the horse. 雖然只是慢慢的在場中打圈，但其實想把馬騎好并沒有想象中那么簡單，必須與馬進(jìn)行磨合，讓馬明白你的想法，你也能夠體會到馬兒的感受，這才是和諧的狀態(tài)，更是一種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能的鍛煉。在走動中努力想穩(wěn)住自己，當(dāng)輕輕撫摸馬兒脖子，感覺得到這美麗生物的生命力與內(nèi)蘊力量是多么令人著迷。
