天行從2016年首屆18位學(xué)生到現(xiàn)在的207位學(xué)生，下個(gè)學(xué)期，我們的招生規(guī)模將達(dá)到1000人；從最初租用的一棟教學(xué)樓到如今的古典園林式校區(qū)，再到今年秋季即將搬入的坐落于梅嶺國(guó)家森林公園的150畝山水校園；2019屆學(xué)生100%被世界前100位名校錄取，2020屆學(xué)生100%被世界前60位名校預(yù)錄取......這四年間我們用行動(dòng)詮釋著“天行速度”。
今天我們將推出《不斷制造奇跡的天行人》系列報(bào)道| 01《天行速度》，天行正以勢(shì)不可擋的發(fā)展速度，定義著“天行速度”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，也在江西教育的康莊大道，超越著自我預(yù)見(jiàn)的未來(lái)。
2016年成立的天行學(xué)校，四年歷經(jīng)了三個(gè)校園。
Teensen, established in 2016, has gone through three campuses in four years.
第一個(gè)校園位于羅家塘41號(hào)一棟租用的教學(xué)樓。當(dāng)年天行學(xué)生總數(shù)僅為18人，我想這18個(gè)孩子們的家長(zhǎng)“膽子”一定很大——那時(shí)的天行就像一張白紙，拿不出成績(jī)單，也沒(méi)有教學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)。天行借用校園和操場(chǎng)，宿舍也租在老巷民房里。老巷藏著好吃的小館子，直到學(xué)生們搬離第一個(gè)校園，他們還心心念念小館子那加了荷包蛋的鹵肉飯。
The first campus was located in a rented teaching building at No. 41 Luojiatang with simply 18 students that year. I suppose their parents might be very “courageous”, since Teensen was like a blank piece of paper with few results and little experience. The campus and playground were borrowed, and the dormitory was rented in the old alley houses as well. The old lane was full of delicious restaurants. Until the students moved out of the first campus, they still missed the braised rice with poached eggs in the small restaurant.
2019年，學(xué)校整體搬遷至黃家湖東路111號(hào)，一個(gè)占地20畝古色古香的中式書(shū)院。搬遷的原因就一條：原來(lái)的教學(xué)樓已安置不下學(xué)生了。很快，孩子們就喜歡上了這獨(dú)立的庭院校園，他們親切地稱(chēng)它為“南昌小故宮”。這年的春天，“小故宮”里還多了兩棵桂花樹(shù)，那是天行姊妹學(xué)?！?guó)伯克戴爾學(xué)校師生訪問(wèn)天行的時(shí)候親手植下的友誼樹(shù)。很多老師都以為自己會(huì)在這個(gè)校園里，看見(jiàn)桂花樹(shù)一年又一年地長(zhǎng)大。
In 2019, Teensen is relocated to 111 Huangjiahu East Road, an antique Chinese academy covering an area of 20 acres. The only reason for the relocation is the original teaching building can no longer accommodate students. Soon, our students fall in love with the independent courtyard campus, and they affectionately name it Small Forbidden City in Nanchang. In the spring of 2019, two osmanthus trees move to the little Palace, which was the friendship tree planted by the teachers and students in Birkdale School, Teensen’s sister school in UK, during the visit to Teensen. Many teachers thought that they would saw the osmanthus trees grow up year after year in campus.
從2020年1月開(kāi)始，“小故宮”里搭起了許多集裝箱板房，應(yīng)對(duì)不斷攀長(zhǎng)的生源，教師辦公室不得不改成教室，而老師們艱苦地在臨時(shí)板房里辦公、備課。不到一年的新校園就已經(jīng)承受不了天行的發(fā)展速度，學(xué)校決定再次搬遷，斥資2.8億打造真正屬于天行人自己的校園，今年9月，孩子們將在梅嶺國(guó)家森林公園里的150畝山水校園——南昌天行創(chuàng)世紀(jì)學(xué)校，開(kāi)始嶄新的學(xué)習(xí)生涯。
From January 2020, container board houses have been set up in little Palace Museum. To cope with the growing students, teacher's offices have to be converted into classrooms, and the teachers work hard in temporary board houses to prepare lessons. The new campus less than a year has been unable to withstand the development speed of Teensen. Then comes the relocation again, deciding to build a campus that truly belongs to Teenseners with 280 million yuan. In September this year, our students will begin a brand new learning period in Nanchang Teensen CPS School, a 150-mu landscape campus located in Meiling National Forest Park.
一個(gè)詞跳進(jìn)我的腦?！煨兴俣?。天行速度，是不斷制造奇跡的天行人留給社會(huì)各界最為直觀的印象。
A phrase jumps into my mind, Teensen speed. Teensen speed is the most intuitive impression left by Teenseners who are constantly making miracles.
01 天行速度，體現(xiàn)在生源數(shù)量的急遽攀漲：
2016年，18個(gè)學(xué)生支撐起天行的教育之路，教師與學(xué)生比達(dá)到1.5：1；2017年在校學(xué)生33人；2018年在校學(xué)生55人；到2019年的時(shí)候，隨著天行不斷拿出驕傲的成績(jī)單，學(xué)生生源開(kāi)始急遽攀漲，在校學(xué)生數(shù)量達(dá)到207人。

All graduates in 2019 have been enrolled in top 100 university worldwide, including the University of Edinburgh, the University of Manchester, the University of the Arts London, and the University of Sydney.
將于今年畢業(yè)的2017級(jí)15名高三學(xué)生，已收獲到來(lái)自英國(guó)帝國(guó)理工學(xué)院、英國(guó)倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院、英國(guó)曼徹斯特大學(xué)、英國(guó)倫敦國(guó)王學(xué)院、澳大利亞墨爾本大學(xué)、香港大學(xué)、多倫多大學(xué)等世界頂尖學(xué)府的90份預(yù)錄取通知書(shū)。這其中，英國(guó)帝國(guó)理工學(xué)院offer一來(lái)就是雙份；香港大學(xué)offer是免面試錄??；劉亦正同學(xué)獲牛津大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系面試邀請(qǐng)；萬(wàn)文杰同學(xué)獲多倫多大學(xué)直錄offer……2017級(jí)的學(xué)子已100%達(dá)到世界前100名校的錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，這是截至目前，江西國(guó)際高中教育所能展現(xiàn)的最好成績(jī)。

03 天行速度，體現(xiàn)在學(xué)生參與國(guó)際競(jìng)賽的活躍度：
天行老師更像孩子們的“人生規(guī)劃師”。天行建立了自己獨(dú)有的、完善的升學(xué)規(guī)劃體系，入學(xué)的學(xué)生首要的事情就是進(jìn)行職業(yè)測(cè)評(píng)，通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)生能力興趣、性格特征、時(shí)間管理、發(fā)展?jié)撡|(zhì)等方面的系統(tǒng)評(píng)估，為他們精準(zhǔn)鎖定職業(yè)導(dǎo)向與課程。天行認(rèn)為：學(xué)生的主要任務(wù)是“學(xué)習(xí)”和“學(xué)習(xí)未來(lái)”。為了學(xué)習(xí)好“學(xué)習(xí)未來(lái)”，天行重金打造近十個(gè)職業(yè)小組（如商科、工程、藝術(shù)、傳媒……），所有的學(xué)生根據(jù)職業(yè)測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果分配到不同的職業(yè)小組，在修學(xué)業(yè)的同時(shí)，由粗淺至深入地接受專(zhuān)業(yè)的職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)。而職業(yè)教育中最重要的環(huán)節(jié)就是打國(guó)際競(jìng)賽，學(xué)校有計(jì)劃、有系統(tǒng)、有組織、有選擇地挑選符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且能夠?yàn)樯龑W(xué)加分的國(guó)際型專(zhuān)業(yè)競(jìng)賽，組織學(xué)生積極參賽。事實(shí)證明，天行學(xué)子像一群“黑馬”，在國(guó)際競(jìng)賽的舞臺(tái)上一路高歌；事實(shí)證明，在天行學(xué)生拿到的200余份offer中，有1/3是為學(xué)生破格降分的。
Teachers in Teensen are more like the life planners for students. Teensen has established its own unique and complete college planning system. The most important thing for fresh students is to carry out professional assessment. 我例舉了天行學(xué)生在國(guó)際競(jìng)賽上的部分榮譽(yù)，這個(gè)榮譽(yù)榜很長(zhǎng)很長(zhǎng)，天行學(xué)生每天都在逆襲、成長(zhǎng)。

04 天行速度，體現(xiàn)在師資力量的雄厚增長(zhǎng)：
2016年，學(xué)校只有不到30位的青年教師，他們擁有的最大財(cái)富是充滿了對(duì)學(xué)生的愛(ài)，充滿了對(duì)“天行未來(lái)有無(wú)限可能”的信任與激情。

到2020年4月，天行擁有教職員工87名，90%以上教師擁有碩士及以上學(xué)歷，外教均持有TESOL或TEFL等國(guó)際教師資格證書(shū)以及3年以上在中國(guó)教授A-Level課程經(jīng)驗(yàn)。并且，天行擁有在各個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)或教育領(lǐng)域頗有建樹(shù)的學(xué)術(shù)顧問(wèn)博士團(tuán)。成員包括：英國(guó)阿伯泰鄧迪大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)博士黃軒；德國(guó)法蘭克福大學(xué)教育學(xué)博士黃曉浪；英國(guó)鄧迪大學(xué)機(jī)械工程專(zhuān)業(yè)博士付凱；南昌大學(xué)管理科學(xué)與工程專(zhuān)業(yè)管理學(xué)博士陳美華；唯尋國(guó)際教育創(chuàng)始人、牛津大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)士、碩士吳昊；宜校機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)始人、國(guó)際教育專(zhuān)家肖經(jīng)棟。除此之外，學(xué)校還有3位中外博士領(lǐng)銜的師資軍團(tuán)，打造江西基礎(chǔ)教育的“夢(mèng)之隊(duì)”。

05 天行速度，體現(xiàn)在新校園的建設(shè)速度上：
新校園坐落梅嶺國(guó)家森林公園景區(qū)（七彩路499號(hào)），占地150畝。總投資2.8億元，是南昌市灣里區(qū)2020年重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。在教學(xué)建制上，天行創(chuàng)世紀(jì)由單一的國(guó)際教育擴(kuò)展為集小、初、高和國(guó)際高中為一體、貫穿K12教育全程的建制。
The new campus is located in Meiling National Forest Park, No. 499 Qicai Road, covering an area of 150 mu. With a total investment of 280 million yuan, it will be a key construction project of 2020 in Wanli District, Nanchang. In terms of teaching system, Teensen Genesis School has expanded from a single international education school to a system that integrates elementary, junior, senior and international high schools, which covers the entire K12 education process.

投資6000萬(wàn)元的校園改造升級(jí)工程，建設(shè)的工期壓縮到2個(gè)月，從2020年3月15日，天行人就在跟時(shí)間賽跑，4個(gè)工程隊(duì)，300至400個(gè)建筑工人24個(gè)小時(shí)奮戰(zhàn)在新校園的建設(shè)前線，5月15日將實(shí)現(xiàn)全面竣工。天行正在將不可能變成可能！
As for the investment of 60 million yuan in the campus renovation and upgrading project, the construction period has reduced the to two months. From March 15, 2020, Teenseners are racing against time. Four engineering teams, 300 to 400 construction workers, have been fighting on the front line of the construction of the new campus for 24 hours every day. It will be fully completed on May 15. Teensen is making the impossible possible!
