徐德倫，中共黨員，出生于1940年3月，錫伯族，遼寧大連人，大學學歷，高級工程師。退休前任職央屬礦企管理工作。自幼喜愛書法，尤其在退休后，全身心研習書法，曾參加 “中國書畫導報”、“國開大學書法學院”舉辦的書畫研修班學習，主修行、草書。結業(yè)時，曾以“書苑點睛獲真諦”為題之心得體會文章入選《中國書法精英的搖籃》紀實中。

　　現(xiàn)為中國書畫家、國家高級書法師、國家一級美術師（書法）、中國楹聯(lián)學會會員、中國書畫家聯(lián)誼會會員、中央國家機關書法家協(xié)會會員、中國硬筆書法協(xié)會會員、中國老年書畫研究會會員、中國國際藝術家協(xié)會會員、中國炎黃藝術協(xié)會會員、中國老年書畫學會會員、中國炎黃藝術學會會員、香港中國書法家協(xié)會會員、《中國藝術名家檔案館》終身會員、書法教育高級講師，并加入全國職業(yè)信用評價網(wǎng)技能人才庫。

　　多年來，作品在 “四圣杯”、“炎黃杯”、“中華魂”、“紀念毛澤東誕辰120周年”等全國書畫作品大賽、大展等活動中，獲金獎五次，銀獎三次，其他獎項若干次。作品被編入“巍巍中華書畫大典”、“翰墨頌偉人”、“獻禮十八大——中華魂全國詩書畫精品集萃”、“炎黃杯國際詩書畫印藝術精品”、“中國草書選集”、“中國行書選集”、“中國美術選集”、“新中國美術圖鑒”、中國藝術大師的恢宏巨著”、“中國書畫藝術年鑒”等百余部、冊、刋、集。

　　近期中國書畫職稱潤格評定中心等4單位評選，特授予“國家一級藝術大師”，并獲得“一代名家”榮譽稱號。

　　在紀念中國共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年活動中，被中國書畫藝術評審委員會等3單位官方權威頒發(fā)“功勛藝術家”榮譽稱號。
