日前，我校正式通過英國培生愛德思（Edexcel）官方考試局的審批，成為南昌市首家獲得該考試局授權(quán)的教學(xué)考試中心（中心號92773），擁有了組織英國愛德思考試局名下IGCSE/A-Level考試的資格。這是天行教育國際化發(fā)展的又一里程碑，也是繼天行成為南昌市首個劍橋國際考試中心之后，第二個考試教育機(jī)構(gòu)在我校開辦A-Level教學(xué)與考試中心。

　　A few days ago, our school has officially passed the examination and approval of the official examination Edexcel in the United Kingdom, becoming the first teaching examination center (center number 92773) authorized by the Edexcel examination authority in Nanchang City, and has the qualification to organize the IGCSE / A-level examination under the name of Edexcel. This is another milestone in the international development of Teensen education. It is also the second examination and education institution to open A-level teaching and examination center in our school after Teensen became the first Cambridge International Examination Center in Nanchang.

　　愛德思是英國最大的學(xué)術(shù)類考試教育機(jī)構(gòu)，是英國優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)術(shù)教育的典范。其頒發(fā)的國際A-Level和國際GCSE證書，持有者可以報考英、美、加、澳等英語國家的高中和大學(xué)。愛德思的A-level考試各科目以單元為單位獨(dú)立開考，單獨(dú)計(jì)分。學(xué)生可一次性報考所有單元，也可根據(jù)自身學(xué)習(xí)情況分批次報考，每門課程均有多次考試機(jī)會。對于中國學(xué)生來說，愛德思的一些科學(xué)類科目，如物理、化學(xué)等較為簡單，學(xué)生容易得高分。

　　Edexcel is the largest academic examination and education institution in the UK and a model of high quality academic education in the UK. The holders of the international A-level and GCSE certificates can apply for senior high schools and universities in English speaking countries such as Britain, the United States, Canada and Australia. The A-level examination of Edexcel is conducted independently in units and scored separately. Students can apply for all units at one time or in batches according to their own learning situation. Each course has multiple examination opportunities. For Chinese students, some of Edexcel's science subjects, such as physics and chemistry, are relatively simple, and students can easily get high marks.

　　天行副校長陶娟娟表示：“愛德思全球教學(xué)與考試中心落戶我校，是我校乃至南昌市教育界的一件大事、一件喜事。這標(biāo)志著我校A-Level辦學(xué)越來越國際化、專業(yè)化，并受到了越來越多的國際教育考試機(jī)構(gòu)的青睞與認(rèn)證。此次愛德思全球教學(xué)與考試中心落戶我校，必將助力我校進(jìn)一步打造優(yōu)質(zhì)的國際教育課程平臺，拓寬學(xué)生的多元升學(xué)選擇。對于同一科目，學(xué)生可以選擇不同考試局下相對簡單的來進(jìn)行報考，組合出最佳考試成績，在大學(xué)申請中體現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢。”

This indicates that our A-level is becoming more and more international and professional, and has been favored and certified by more and more international education examination institutions. The settlement of EDEX global teaching and examination center in our university will help our school to further build a high-quality international education curriculum platform and broaden students' multiple choices for further study. For the same subject, students can choose the relatively simple one under different examination bureaus to apply for the examination, so as to combine the best test scores and reflect the advantages in university application.
