大視野單分子超分辨模塊 |
abbelight SAFe180是一款基于單分子定位技術(shù)的顯微成像（SMLM）的超分辨模塊。該設(shè)備具有高度靈活性，能夠搭載在絕大多數(shù)的倒置顯微鏡上，并且僅僅需要使用一個(gè)C-mount（CCD或CMOS所連接的部位）接口，即可將您的倒置顯微鏡直接升為超分辨成像系統(tǒng)。并且改造過(guò)程不會(huì)破壞原有顯微鏡系統(tǒng)的光路和功能，不會(huì)與其它的顯微鏡改造相沖突。
本設(shè)備既在配置上的選擇也十分靈活。它既可以作為顯微鏡的一個(gè)升配件來(lái)改造您的顯微鏡，也擁有完整的超分辨系統(tǒng)。讓用戶在獲得專業(yè)的圖像質(zhì)量的同時(shí)，獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的超分辨升方案。
