實驗原理
① 35 μL外泌體樣品滴加在芯片上孵育；
② 預(yù)先包被的抗體特異結(jié)合外泌體表面蛋白以捕獲外泌體；
③ 再使用熒光抗體特異性標(biāo)記需要表征的標(biāo)記物；
④ 用ExoView R100檢測外泌體粒徑、計數(shù)、蛋白表達(dá)（CD9，CD81，CD63等）及共定位。
