我們相繼推出了總校長(zhǎng)今秋將坐鎮(zhèn)天行創(chuàng)世紀(jì)、校長(zhǎng)天團(tuán)、博士顧問(wèn)天團(tuán)的報(bào)道，外界都在感慨我們陣容強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊(duì)。但實(shí)際上，天行的團(tuán)隊(duì)遠(yuǎn)不止于此。今天，我們將推出“導(dǎo)師天團(tuán)”，一起來(lái)看看他們將為天行的發(fā)展注入怎樣的力量。

他們到底是誰(shuí)？
校長(zhǎng)天團(tuán)揭開神秘的面紗之后，又一批“金鳳凰”進(jìn)駐天行，他們的陣容和氣場(chǎng)再次在南昌教育界激起千層浪。他們是天行創(chuàng)世紀(jì)導(dǎo)師天團(tuán)。

天行創(chuàng)世紀(jì)學(xué)校首席導(dǎo)師。語(yǔ)文特級(jí)教師，國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼專家、碩士生導(dǎo)師、全國(guó)中小學(xué)“十杰”教師，全國(guó)勞模和五一勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)芦@得者。江西省中學(xué)語(yǔ)文專業(yè)委員會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)，江西特級(jí)教師學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)，江西省高考語(yǔ)文閱卷領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組副組長(zhǎng)。
Wang Yunsui: Chief supervisor of Teensen Genesis School. Special-grade Chinese language teacher, expert who gets the State Council special allowance ,supervisor for master students,one of the "Ten Masters" teachers of national primary and secondary schools, national model worker and May Day labor medal winner. 數(shù)學(xué)特級(jí)教師、中學(xué)正高級(jí)教師。省市學(xué)科帶頭人，市高中數(shù)學(xué)中心組成員，奧賽國(guó)家一級(jí)教練員。

他們站得高，看得遠(yuǎn)，他們仰望星空，更腳踏實(shí)地；他們以愛的情感喚醒心靈，以自由的空間激活夢(mèng)想。他們以規(guī)則的內(nèi)化形成秩序，以平等的關(guān)系引領(lǐng)未來(lái)。
They stand high and look far, they look up at the stars and are more down-to-earth; they awaken the soul with the emotion of love, and activate the dreams with free space. They form an order by internalizing rules, and lead the future with an equal relationship.
對(duì)此，首席導(dǎo)師王運(yùn)遂老師表示：“未來(lái)，我們將依托導(dǎo)師團(tuán)，集思廣益，提升整體效益。在日常的教學(xué)工作中以各位導(dǎo)師先進(jìn)的教育理念、務(wù)實(shí)的教學(xué)實(shí)踐引領(lǐng)青年教師。為此，我們也會(huì)走進(jìn)每節(jié)課堂、關(guān)注每位老師，致力于求得每個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展。作為導(dǎo)師，我們將在天行提供的舞臺(tái)上盡顯才華?！?/p>

接下來(lái)，導(dǎo)師們將參與天行教育教學(xué)工作實(shí)施，對(duì)年輕老師進(jìn)行一對(duì)一、教練式指導(dǎo)，并對(duì)老師們有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化專題式培訓(xùn)。引導(dǎo)老師既鉆研教育前言動(dòng)態(tài)，又立足學(xué)生實(shí)際，指導(dǎo)老師既關(guān)注全局，又注重細(xì)節(jié)。
