對于天行學(xué)生成長規(guī)劃，我們將在初一學(xué)年，突出培養(yǎng)學(xué)生“懂文明”的素質(zhì)；在初二學(xué)年，著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生“愛學(xué)習(xí)”的品質(zhì)；初三學(xué)年，著重培養(yǎng)“敢拼搏”的氣質(zhì)。學(xué)校將從課程特色體系、質(zhì)量保障體系、過程評價體系、教學(xué)監(jiān)控體系、學(xué)生激勵體系保障教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

天行創(chuàng)世紀(jì)學(xué)校將設(shè)立“學(xué)習(xí)過程獎”與“升學(xué)成果獎”制度，重獎“德智體美勞”全面發(fā)展的學(xué)生。每一學(xué)年，按照一定15%比例，依據(jù)學(xué)生在校的大考成績評選出三個等級的優(yōu)秀生，獎學(xué)金分別是2萬元、1萬元、0.5萬元。中考獎學(xué)金，南昌市中考第一名，一次性獎勵20萬元；南昌市中考第2—3名，一次性獎勵10萬元。
Teensen Genesis School will set up a system of "Learning Process Award" and "Academic Achievement Award" to reward students with comprehensive development of "Virtue, Wisdom, Physical, Art and Labor". Each school year, according to a certain percentage of 15% and the students' college major examination results, three grades of outstanding students are selected. 三年全額獎學(xué)金高達(dá)26萬元，學(xué)生上學(xué)無需花一分錢，反而還能賺錢。

天行校園建設(shè)總監(jiān)高總就家長們關(guān)心的工程建設(shè)、施工質(zhì)量、環(huán)保等問題進(jìn)行講解。攝像頭全校圍繞，并配備AI智能終端安全系統(tǒng)、智能大數(shù)據(jù)平臺，所有裝修建材均采用家裝級別材料。
高總還是我校學(xué)生的家長代表，他的孩子目前在我校國際部就讀。提到與天行的緣分，他感慨到，從當(dāng)初的不了解、擔(dān)心到后來的堅定選擇，再到現(xiàn)在的認(rèn)可與信任，他陪著孩子一路走過來，看到了學(xué)校的發(fā)展前景，教師的責(zé)任心和社會各界對學(xué)校好評，他深信天行將帶領(lǐng)孩子們走向一個更加美好的未來。
