天行青年顯身手,以賽促研共成長|我校教師說課比賽圓滿落下帷幕

  截至今日,天行2020屆學(xué)生共收到97份預(yù)錄取通知書(含9份直錄)。其中英國48份,澳大利亞31份,新西蘭5份,美國6份,加拿大3份,馬來西亞1份,香港2份。其中包含牛津大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系面試邀請1份,帝國理工學(xué)院2份,倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院 3份,多倫多大學(xué)1份,香港大學(xué)1份(免面試)。

  說課是教學(xué)、教研活動的一種手段,也是教師的一項非常重要的教學(xué)基本功。為了提高教師把握教材、處理教材的能力,提高課堂教學(xué)水平,達到以“說”促“教”的目的。我校舉辦了為期三周的說課比賽,并于昨天下午圓滿落下帷幕。

  Lecture is a way of teaching and research activities, and also a very important basic teaching skill for teachers. In order to improve the ability of teachers to grasp and master teaching materials, improve the level of classroom teaching, and achieve the purpose of "speaking" to promote "teaching". Our school held a three week lecture competition, which ended successfully yesterday afternoon.

  本次說課參賽老師針對天行的教學(xué)特點,圍繞劍橋A-Level課程中的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,參賽教師準(zhǔn)備充分,教態(tài)落落大方,語言表達輕松流暢。教師們從教材選擇、課程內(nèi)容、教法學(xué)法,教學(xué)過程,學(xué)情分析等方面著手,突出開放的辦學(xué)理念。在課程目標(biāo)上追求科學(xué)性和適用性;在教學(xué)方法上突出學(xué)生的主體性;在教學(xué)效果上注重學(xué)生探究能力的培養(yǎng),充分展示了我校教師的綜合素質(zhì)和專業(yè)水平。

  According to the characteristics of Teensen's teaching and the teaching content of A-level course in Cambridge, the participating teachers are fully prepared, the teaching style is comfortable, and the language expression is easy and fluent. Teachers learn analysis and other aspects, highlighting the concept of open school from the selection of teaching materials, curriculum content, teaching methods, teaching proces.It pursues scientificalness and applicability in curriculum goal, stresses students' subjectivity in teaching method, pays attention to the cultivation of students' inquiry ability in teaching effect, and fully demonstrates the comprehensive quality and professional level of teachers in our school.

  最終經(jīng)過激烈角逐,由評委進行嚴(yán)格打分產(chǎn)生了本次比賽的一、二、三等獎。

  “加入天行,成為一名國際教育老師,改變了我對于教育或?qū)蠋煹恼J知。之前我一直以為教書育人僅限于教書,學(xué)好一門課或讀懂一本書就可以,可是我錯了。進入天行之后,我發(fā)現(xiàn)所謂的‘教書育人’更應(yīng)該著眼于‘育人’。上一堂好課,并不是你把教材備的有多好這堂課就成功了。劉校曾和我們說過,一堂課是學(xué)生的一堂課,不是老師的一堂課,我們應(yīng)該更加著眼于學(xué)生。備一堂課備的是知識,更是你的學(xué)生的反應(yīng)、反饋。我們最終落腳點依舊在‘育人’上。我上一堂課是希望我的學(xué)生不僅能從我的課堂里獲得更多的知識,更希望通過我的課能夠豐富他們的思想,構(gòu)建他們的世界觀。我希望學(xué)生能夠發(fā)自內(nèi)心愛上我所教的學(xué)科,我更希望能夠授之以漁而不是授之以魚。”

  “在這個特殊的抗疫時期,我加入了天行大家庭。疫情期間,每周每位老師至少需要在線上旁聽2節(jié)其他老師的授課。在旁聽時,我看到即便是在線上,老師和學(xué)生之間被物理的距離所阻隔,但是,通過老師精心的設(shè)計和板書,不少學(xué)生依然能饒有興趣地學(xué)習(xí)課堂知識。在一堂堂看似平常的課堂背后,是老師們在課下兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的付出。在最近的幾周,老師們都會進行定期的培訓(xùn)。學(xué)校甚至邀請到了英國劍橋大學(xué)博士張鐵光教授對老師的教學(xué)設(shè)計進行點評。張教授關(guān)于老師要平衡好接受性學(xué)習(xí)和探究性學(xué)習(xí)的建議引人深思。在本次說課比賽中,來自不同學(xué)科的老師齊聚一堂,和大家無私分享了自己在教學(xué)中積累的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗,展示出了各自獨特的教學(xué)風(fēng)采。學(xué)校的培訓(xùn)促進了老師們之間的交流和學(xué)習(xí),也驅(qū)動我思考教學(xué)上新的可能性?!?/p>

  “我剛進校時,參加過一次說課比賽,我當(dāng)時覺得臺上的老師都很厲害,每個人都能娓娓道來,自己還有很多東西需要學(xué)!一年半后,當(dāng)我再次站上說課比賽的講臺時,我比之前更自信了。這段時間,我經(jīng)歷了跨學(xué)科,新知識備課,Birkdale學(xué)校培訓(xùn)等項目,我很感謝學(xué)校對我的培養(yǎng),讓我能夠見識到很多非常優(yōu)秀的老師和學(xué)生,我也有了突破自己的信心和奮斗方向。這次聽課過程我學(xué)到了很多老師在教學(xué)中的閃光點,每位老師的課都有獨到之處。我將把學(xué)習(xí)到的東西,真正用到我自己的課程中,繼續(xù)努力,和所有老師一起進步!”

  說課比賽雖落下帷幕,但不滅的是老師們對于教學(xué)的鉆研與探究!在日復(fù)一日的教學(xué)中,我們將堅守初心,腳踏實地,繼續(xù)培養(yǎng)具有A(ambitious雄心壯志)、B(bold勇敢無畏)、 C(caring樂于助人)、 D(devoted奉獻精神)、 E(erudite博學(xué)多識),“ABCDE”這五種素養(yǎng)的學(xué)生。

  Although the lesson competition has come to an end, what remains is the teachers' study and exploration of teaching!
