Mr.Xiong, engaged in education over 20 years,has been familiar with Teensen. He is fascinated by Teensen’s achievements in global, beautiful campus with modern Chinese style and youthful faces. However, what really attracts him to apply for a job is the professional respect, humanistic care of teachers, as well as the career platform for teachers and students in the future in Teensen.
“好教師，就來好學(xué)校!”什么是好學(xué)校？熊老師一直在努力思考著，追尋著。在他看來，或許“好學(xué)?！?，就是慕名而來、滿載而歸的學(xué)校，就是流連忘返、樂在其中的學(xué)校?！昂脤W(xué)?！睙o需太多光鮮亮麗的外衣，最樸實的描述便是“學(xué)生懷之，教師安之，社會信之！”在民辦教育大放異彩的今天，他堅信“天行”是一顆璀璨的新星，更是這樣一所“好學(xué)?！保?/p>
A superb teacher shall need to join a real school.And what is a real school? Mr.Xiong has been in hard thinking and pursuing. He believes that a real school may be a good one that students come here due to its fame, return with a successful study, and enjoy themselves.A real school doesn’t take glamorous appearance,and the most simple description is that students keep the school in mind, teachers stay in the school, and society trust it. The private education has been brilliant today, and he firmly believes that Teensen is a bright new star, a real school.
身未動，心已遠。懷揣著對“天行”的期待，熊老師慕名來到“天行”灣里新校園，探尋“天行”的真面目。這座大自然里的學(xué)園、公園里的成長樂園，讓熊老師驚喜不已，他不由地感慨道：天行學(xué)校初長成，藏在深山人未識。在熊老師看來，遠離都市喧囂、充滿無窮詩意的“天行”，是魯迅先生筆下充滿童趣的“百草園”，又是正襟危坐、書聲瑯瑯的“三味書屋”。
The body is still, and the heart is far away. With the expectation of Teensen, Mr.Xiong visited Teensen’s new campus to explore its true features. He is surprised by such a school in nature and a paradise in park. He had some lines that Teensen had just grown up in the mountain and was hardly known to the public. He thought poetic Teensen was far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was the Baicao Garden, full of naivety in Lu Xun’s works, as wells as the serious Sanwei Bookstore with sounds of reading.
走進新校園，熊老師感受的是一股奮斗的氣息、青春的味道。一個個熱火朝天的干事場景，一副副熱情洋溢的青春面孔，向熊老師展現(xiàn)出一幅幅令人熱血沸騰的“天行”未來圖卷！看著天行人正用“天行力量”書寫著“天行故事”，熊老師相信，不久的將來，“天行學(xué)?！币欢〞麆雍槌牵疤煨衅放啤币矔麆于M鄱！
Entering the new campus, Mr.Xiong felt a breath of struggle and the smell of youth. The young were working busily, showing exciting pictures of Teensen’s future. Teenseners are writing Teensen’s story with Teensen’s power. Mr.Xiong believed that Teensen School would be famous in Nanchang and Teensen would be known among Jiangxi.
投遞個人簡歷后，熊老師欣喜地發(fā)現(xiàn)，“天行”越來越為外界所關(guān)注，省、市、區(qū)各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)懷，社會各界矚目，教育大咖云集。更令人激動的是，他所熟悉和仰慕的一大批德藝雙馨的名校長、優(yōu)秀教師也已加入其中?！暗锰煜掠⒉沤逃?，一樂也”，能與志同道合之人共事，與名師名校長為友，對于熊老師而言，又何嘗不是人生幸事！
After delivering the resume, Mr.Xiong is delighted to find that Teensen has attracted more attention from the outside world, and the concern of provincial, municipal, district leaders at all levels. The masters in education gather here. What is more exciting is that a large number of famous principals and excellent teachers who he is familiar with and admired have also joined Teensen. It is a joy to have masters in education. And it is also a blessing in life of Mr.Xiong to work with like-minded people, and make friends with famous teachers and principals.
在深入了解“天行”后，熊老師得出一個結(jié)論：“此心安處是吾鄉(xiāng)”：“心安”方能“事業(yè)安”，“事業(yè)安”則“教育興”。在“天行”，教師子女可以免費享受十二年的優(yōu)質(zhì)教育，教師可以安心地工作，潛心地育人，以優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育贏得學(xué)生和家長的尊重，從而享受教育職業(yè)的帶來的幸福。
AfteradeepunderstandingofTeensen,Mr.Xiong comes to a conclusion that where there is peace there is hometown. Therefore, teachers could work with no worries and devote themselves to education. They could win the respect of students and parents with quality education, and thus enjoy the happiness brought by education career.
