經(jīng)常有人好奇：國(guó)際學(xué)校的課堂到底是怎么樣的？天行一中取得了江西省國(guó)際高中最好的成績(jī)，到底有著怎樣的魔力呢？天行一中的課堂除了雙語(yǔ)環(huán)境，還有多少不為人知的秘密武器呢？為了解答這些好奇，讓廣大家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生深入了解天行的特色，體驗(yàn)天行的課程設(shè)計(jì)及全人教育的理念。今日，我校舉行了"教學(xué)開(kāi)放日"活動(dòng)，邀請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)來(lái)校聽(tīng)課，走進(jìn)課堂，對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)校生活有進(jìn)一步的切身體驗(yàn)和感悟。此次的來(lái)客中既有在讀天行一中學(xué)生的父母，也有有意向報(bào)考天行一中的新生家長(zhǎng)。家長(zhǎng)是學(xué)校最重要的伙伴，下午2點(diǎn)30分，天行一中首屆家長(zhǎng)委員會(huì)在新校區(qū)成立，通過(guò)家委會(huì)讓家長(zhǎng)參與學(xué)校管理。

　　People often wonder: what is the classroom like in an international school? What kind of magic does Teensen have when it gets the best result of Jiangxi international high school? Besides bilingual environment, how many secret weapons are there in the classroom of Teensen? In order to answer these curiosities, let parents and students deeply understand the characteristics of Teensen, experience the curriculum design of Teensen and the concept of education for all, today, our school held the "Teaching Open Day" activity, inviting parents to listen to the school and enter the classroom, so as to have a further personal experience and understanding of students' school life. In this visit, both parents of middle school students who are studying in Teensen and some parents who are interested in entering Teensen are invited. Parents are the most important partners of the school. At 2:30 p.m., the first parent committee of Teensen was established in the new campus to let parents participate in school management through the parent committee.

　　每位入校的家長(zhǎng)都會(huì)拿到一張“建議表”，家長(zhǎng)們可以針對(duì)一天的課堂體驗(yàn)，對(duì)老師及學(xué)生的課堂表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行匿名評(píng)價(jià)。

　　Every parent who enters the school will get a "suggestion form". Parents can evaluate teachers' and students' classroom performance anonymously according to the one-day classroom experience.

　　一位新生家長(zhǎng)滿懷憧憬地說(shuō)：“我發(fā)現(xiàn)天行孩子的臉上都洋溢著發(fā)自內(nèi)心的微笑和光芒，感覺(jué)這是一所很不錯(cuò)的學(xué)校?！边€有的家長(zhǎng)則有無(wú)限感慨：“哎，真希望自己能夠重返青春，來(lái)這樣的學(xué)校上學(xué)啊。”

　　A new parent said with great expectation: "I found that the faces of Teensen children are full of smiles and light from the heart, and I feel that this is a very good school." Other parents have infinite feelings: "ah, I wish I could return to youth and come to such a school."

　　本次“教學(xué)開(kāi)放日”活動(dòng)雖已結(jié)束，但我們教書(shū)育人的工作仍將繼續(xù)，學(xué)校將聽(tīng)取家長(zhǎng)們反饋和建議，繼續(xù)培養(yǎng)具有A(ambitious雄心壯志)、B(bold勇敢無(wú)畏)、C(caring樂(lè)于助人)、D(devoted奉獻(xiàn)精神)、E(erudite博學(xué)多識(shí))的國(guó)際人才。

　　Although the "Teaching Open Day" activity has ended, our teaching and education work will continue. The school will listen to the parents' feedback and suggestions, and continue to cultivate international talents with a (ambitious), B (bold ), C (caring ), D (dejected ), E (erudite ).

　　在首屆家委會(huì)成立儀式上，校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為家委員頒發(fā)了聘書(shū)。這不僅僅是一紙聘書(shū)，更是一種信任與責(zé)任。

　　At the first founding ceremony of the family Committee, the school leaders issued a letter of appointment to the family members. This is not only a letter of appointment, but also a kind of trust and responsibility.

　　家委會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)李仁杰父親表示：“接下來(lái)，我們家委會(huì)將繼續(xù)完善平臺(tái)，搭好信息溝通的橋梁；主動(dòng)搭建舞臺(tái)，當(dāng)好學(xué)校和老師的助手；積極當(dāng)好學(xué)生、學(xué)校的后院，做好孩子和老師的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾。”

　　Li rengjie’father, chairman of the family Committee, said: "next, our family committee will continue to improve the platform and build a bridge for information communication; take the initiative to build the stage and be the assistant of the school and teachers; take the initiative to be the students and the school's backyard and the strong backing of the children and teachers."

　　天行一中家委會(huì)不僅僅只是作為機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)立起來(lái)，而是真正切實(shí)地融入學(xué)校管理，家長(zhǎng)委員會(huì)行使家長(zhǎng)管理權(quán)，家長(zhǎng)委員會(huì)成員會(huì)定期以口頭或者書(shū)面形式，反映學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)、社會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)校工作的建議和要求，為學(xué)校教育出謀獻(xiàn)策。

　　The family Committee of Teensen is not only set up as an institution, but really integrated into the school management. The parent committee exercises the parental management right. The members of the parent committee regularly reflect the suggestions and requirements of the parents of students and the society on the work of the school in oral or written form, and provide suggestions for the school education.
