截至今日，天行2020屆學生共收到96份預(yù)錄取通知書（含8份直錄）。其中英國48份，澳大利亞31份，新西蘭5份，美國5份，加拿大3份，馬來西亞1份，香港2份。其中包含牛津大學數(shù)學系面試邀請1份，帝國理工學院2份，倫敦大學學院 3份，多倫多大學1份，香港大學1份（免面試）。

　　教師是學校發(fā)展的第一要素，天行始終把教學質(zhì)量看作學校發(fā)展的生命線，長期以來堅持抓好教師培訓(xùn)。4月22日下午2點30分，在教務(wù)處的精心組織下，一場精彩的說課比賽在天行舉行。

　　Teachers are the first element of school development. Teensen always regards the quality of teaching as the lifeline of school development, and has long been focusing on teacher training. At 2:30 pm on April 22nd, under the careful organization of the Academic Affairs Office, a wonderful teaching competition was held here in Teensen.

　　說課，是教師以語言為主要工具，向同行闡述自己對某一教學內(nèi)容的理解、施教方案的設(shè)計以及施教效果的預(yù)測與反思等的一種教學研究方式?！芭_上一分鐘，臺下十年功”，說教學目標，說理論依據(jù)，說教學思路，說教學過程，這不僅僅是嘴皮子上的功夫，更是一個人教學理論的基礎(chǔ)、教學思路的闡述。因而，說課能夠全方位地體現(xiàn)一位教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。

　　Presenting a demo class is a teaching research method in which teachers use language as the main tool to explain their understanding of certain teaching content, design of teaching plans, and prediction and reflection of teaching effects to colleagues. "One minute on stage takes ten years of practice". Presenting teaching goals, theoretical basis, teaching ideas, and teaching process is not only the skill of speaking, but also the foundation of one's teaching theory and teaching ideas set forth. Therefore, this competition can fully reflect a teacher's professional qualities.

　　正如教務(wù)處負責人黃悅老師所說：“說課是考驗一名教師基本功的有效手段，也是教師相互學習共同提高的一種教研活動。此次說課比賽也體現(xiàn)了學校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對教師培訓(xùn)的高度重視。”

　　As Teacher Huang Yue, the head of the Academic Affairs Office said, "Presenting a lesson is an effective means to test a teacher's basic skills, and it is also a kind of teaching and research activity for teachers to learn from each other. This competition also reflects the high importance that school leaders attach to teacher training. "

　　此次說課比賽分為文科組（英語、經(jīng)濟、商科、會計）和理科組（物理、數(shù)學、生物、化學）同時進行，比賽選題廣泛，針對天行的教學特點，各科目選題均來自劍橋A-Level課程中的教學內(nèi)容。要求老師們將授課內(nèi)容濃縮為15分鐘的系統(tǒng)而概括的解說，其中包括自己對課程的理解，闡述自己的教學觀點，表述自己具體執(zhí)教某課題的教學設(shè)想、方法、策略以及組織教學的理論依據(jù)等。

　　The competition was divided into the liberal arts group (English, economics, business, accounting) and the science group (physics, mathematics, biology, chemistry) at the same time. The contest has a wide range of topics. According to the teaching characteristics of Teensen, the topics for each subject are from “The teaching content of the Cambridge A-Level course”. Teachers are required to condense the content of the lecture into a 15-minute systematic and general explanation, including their own understanding of the course: elaborating their teaching perspectives, expressing their specific teaching ideas, methods, strategies and theoretical basis.

　　比賽時，參賽老師在嚴格規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)，在平時授課內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上充分挖掘教材內(nèi)容，利用板書進行輔助說課，分別從說教材、說學情、說教學方法、說教學過程等方面進行了魅力展示。英語老師們的說課流利優(yōu)美生動；數(shù)理化老師們的說課充分體現(xiàn)了國際課程的特點又不失理科的嚴密邏輯……每一位老師教態(tài)自然，聲音洪亮，解讀深刻，把握到位，向大家呈現(xiàn)了一個個充滿活力和魅力的課堂，充分展現(xiàn)了老師們飽滿的精神風貌和獨特的教學風格。

　　During the competition, the participating teachers fully explored the content of the teaching materials on the basis of the content of the usual lectures within the strictly stipulated time, from the aspects of teaching materials, learning, teaching methods, teaching process, etc. All English teachers speak fluently and vividly. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry teachers' lectures fully reflect the characteristics of the curriculum with rigorous logic of science. Our teachers have demonstrated a series of vital and charming lessons with natural posture, loud voice, profound interpretation,  which fully reflected their spirit and unique teaching style.

　　一句句沉著冷靜的知識點分析，一段段慷慨激昂的演講展示。臺下的評委們和觀摩的老師們都在聽課過程中領(lǐng)略了各門學科的教學之美，受益匪淺。

　　Analyzing knowledge calmly through words to words, sentences to sentences, judges and teachers experienced the beauty of teaching in various disciplines and in teachers’ passionate speeches.

　　比賽結(jié)束后，校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分別就文科組和理科組說課比賽進行了總結(jié)和點評，并對老師們提出了新的希望和要求：“首先，教師在教學過程中必須堅持‘知識性’、‘思想性’及‘趣味性’，同時要加強教育教學理念和教育心理學的學習；其次，作為學生的引導(dǎo)者，老師在課堂上更多的是點撥孩子，讓孩子的思維不受禁錮，發(fā)揮無限想象；再次，老師需要練好語態(tài)、形體、板書、親和力等基本功，親其師才信其道，只有讓學生喜歡你才會相信你傳授的知識和道理；最后，老師需要有創(chuàng)新力，創(chuàng)新每堂課，讓孩子真正喜歡上你?！?/p>

　　After the competition, summaries and comments were given by school leaders. They put forward new hopes and requirements to all the teachers: "First of all, teachers must adhere to the" knowledge "and" ideological "in the teaching process and enjoyment at the same time. We must strengthen the learning of educational teaching concepts and educational psychology; secondly, as a student's guide, teachers  should better lead the students during the lesson, instead of telling what they should do, so that their mind and imagination won’t be imprisoned ; Once again, teachers need to practice basic skills such as voice, form, blackboard writing, and affinity; Finally, the teacher needs to be innovative. Being innovative in every class makes students getting closer to their teachers.
