　　I wonder if it’s possible to resist such job opportunity with at least 120,000 yuan annual salary, 165 days paid vacation, and even the bonus of 750,000 yuan worth of full tuition waive for 12 years of education of the employees’ children. 　　1500余名優(yōu)秀老師搶62個(gè)崗位，應(yīng)聘者熱情高漲。5月6日，天行教師招聘初步數(shù)據(jù)公布：“博士軍團(tuán)”鼎力加盟，研究生占比高達(dá)四成。

　　At present, there are at least 1500 candidates competing for only 62 vacancies, yet the applicants are still enthusiastic and passionate about the opportunity. According to our latest data, we already have many employees with doctoral degrees and 40% of our co-workers are postgraduates.

　　研究生占比高達(dá)四成。根據(jù)學(xué)校的初步統(tǒng)計(jì)，在遞交簡(jiǎn)歷的1500余名應(yīng)聘者中，A類雙一流院校463人、部屬師范235人。其中：博士5人，研究生及以上學(xué)歷623人，占比41.5%。值得一提的是，本碩均就讀于A類雙一流院校的畢業(yè)生多達(dá)315人，占比近21%。

　　The proportion of graduate students is as high as 40%. According to the preliminary statistics of Teensen, among the more than 1,500 applicants, there are 463 first-class universities graduates and 235 applicants from normal universities and colleges. What’s more, 5 of which are doctors, 623 are postgraduates or with higher degree, accounting for 41.5% of all the applicants. It is worth mentioning that there are 315 applicants who get both their postgraduate and doctoral degrees from first-class universities, accounting for nearly 21% of all.

　　This is a sincere recruitment. To answer the question what kind of teacher does Teensen want exactly, we have to know first that excellent students belong to remarkable schools, therefor these teachers can train better students. This time our main targets are in-service teachers and fresh graduates. In-service teachers have to be the leading and backbone teachers in primary and secondary schools at or above the municipal level, or outstanding teachers in all grades and disciplines of primary and secondary schools with more than five years of teaching experience. Fresh graduates have to be excellent undergraduates or postgraduates in normal education.
