　　說(shuō)課是教學(xué)、教研活動(dòng)的一種手段，也是教師的一項(xiàng)非常重要的教學(xué)基本功。為了提高教師把握教材、處理教材的能力，提高課堂教學(xué)水平，達(dá)到以“說(shuō)”促“教”的目的。我校舉辦了為期三周的說(shuō)課比賽，并于昨天下午圓滿落下帷幕。

　　本次說(shuō)課參賽老師針對(duì)天行的教學(xué)特點(diǎn)，圍繞劍橋A-Level課程中的教學(xué)內(nèi)容，參賽教師準(zhǔn)備充分，教態(tài)落落大方，語(yǔ)言表達(dá)輕松流暢。教師們從教材選擇、課程內(nèi)容、教法學(xué)法，教學(xué)過(guò)程，學(xué)情分析等方面著手，突出開放的辦學(xué)理念。在課程目標(biāo)上追求科學(xué)性和適用性；在教學(xué)方法上突出學(xué)生的主體性；在教學(xué)效果上注重學(xué)生探究能力的培養(yǎng)，充分展示了我校教師的綜合素質(zhì)和專業(yè)水平。

　　“加入天行，成為一名國(guó)際教育老師，改變了我對(duì)于教育或?qū)蠋煹恼J(rèn)知。之前我一直以為教書育人僅限于教書，學(xué)好一門課或讀懂一本書就可以，可是我錯(cuò)了。進(jìn)入天行之后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)所謂的‘教書育人’更應(yīng)該著眼于‘育人’。上一堂好課，并不是你把教材備的有多好這堂課就成功了。劉校曾和我們說(shuō)過(guò)，一堂課是學(xué)生的一堂課，不是老師的一堂課，我們應(yīng)該更加著眼于學(xué)生。備一堂課備的是知識(shí)，更是你的學(xué)生的反應(yīng)、反饋。我們最終落腳點(diǎn)依舊在‘育人’上。我上一堂課是希望我的學(xué)生不僅能從我的課堂里獲得更多的知識(shí)，更希望通過(guò)我的課能夠豐富他們的思想，構(gòu)建他們的世界觀。我希望學(xué)生能夠發(fā)自內(nèi)心愛(ài)上我所教的學(xué)科，我更希望能夠授之以漁而不是授之以魚?！?/p>
